SHIPPING +
Delivery will be made by USPS or UPS according to the most convenient solution for the Customer. After receiving the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation with the estimated cost for shipping.
Delivery time from the time delivery of the shipment to the Courier up to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it will take 48/72 working hours if the goods ordered is available in our American warehouse, otherwise the goods will arrive from Italy within 10/15 working days.
DISPUTES +
Any disagreements for damaged or missing packages you must notify the courier as soon as possible in writing and to the attention of DESTA USA Inc. by fax 1-212-634-3277 or by email [email protected].
The Customer and/or the person in charge of the collection of the goods is required to check, for his own interest, at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier, the integrity of the packages delivered and the relative number, in case of any disagreement you need to write the number and/or integrity of the packages in the appropriate space reserved indicated by the Courier specifying the type of defect found.
Without this written notice to the Courier, DESTA USA Inc. will not respond to the lost or damaged articles. right after, the customer must contact the customer service of DESTA USA Inc. at the email [email protected] to inform us about the problem. The customer is required to report within 8 days of delivery any other complaints by contacting the Customer Service by e-mail.
RETURN +
The returning service wants to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The returned product is accepted only if the shipment has been previously authorized by DESTA USA Inc. and all paid for the delivery. If you wish to return or replace a product, the customer will need to contact Customer Service immediately to the e-mail address [email protected]. The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer; any other expenses made by the Customer for the delivery will not be refundable
It is recommended to send the products to be returned by ensuring the full amount of the goods, and make sure you receive a shipping number to allow the tracing of the shipment. DESTA USA Inc. will not be responsible for the refund or compensation of the products shipped by the customer but never received by DESTA USA Inc. due to loss, theft or damage which are not attributable to the DESTA USA Inc.
The products must be returned within five days from the return authorization, they have to be undamaged and complete of all accessories in their original package and with appropriate outer packaging, otherwise they will be rejected and sent back to the sender at own expenses. It is not possible to cancel or return the goods in case of orders concerning products not listed in the catalog, customized products and products specially provided upon request of the customer.
Policy Changes
From time to time, it may become necessary for us to change our payments policy in whole or in part. If we do so, the new policy will be posted on our Website. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our Website and will replace any prior policies that may be inconsistent.
