White Peony – Organic, Fair Trade

This delicately sweet tea is made from two new sprouting leaves and unopened buds. The combination of tips, broken leafs and larger unbroken leafs produce a beautiful range of white, browns, and green colors. Our White Peony is a pale yellow infusion that imparts a sweet muscatel aroma with hints of wildflower and nuttiness notes that can be enjoyed at every meal.
