Come explore the different types of Japanese green teas with us! We will discuss the growing and processing methods which create each variety of tea while enjoying a slideshow of our recent visit to Japanese Tea Farms.

We will taste three Japanese Green teas, each with a distinct taste profile: Gyokuyro, Houjicha and Genmaicha. We will enjoy a sensory experience and discuss proper brewing technique.

Japanese green teas are noted for their fresh, vegetal, oceanic and umami flavors and yield a vibrant green cup.
